Spring has sprung and summer is on the way!  There’s no better time than now to be outdoors, enjoying the warmer weather.  The solution?  Farmers markets!  Metro Vancouver is full of them!

Farmers markets are a great place to get fresh, healthy, B.C. conventional and organic grown food products!  There’s everything from produce, to meats, to seafood, to cheeses, to eggs, and so much more!  You can also find prepared foods, such as, jams, salsas, baked goods, and more!  Mmm…my mouth is watering now!  Yours too?

Farmers markets aren’t just for food, they’re also a great place to find handmade crafts like jewellery, fine art, and other great goodies.  They usually have live entertainment, food trucks, and fun activities for everyone!  The best part is that they’re all free to attend!  So grab a re-usable bag, put on some sunscreen and head on down!  The fun starts this weekend!

But wait, before you go, share your favourite farmers market in the comments below!  Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog by e-mail or RSS feed to keep up to date with all of the latest deals.
